Monday Twilight Golf League At

 So, it rained slightly on our parade Monday evening. It still was a good deal for the 11 players who participated. All of us got to play at least nine holes, in cool overcast weather, hit some range balls and practice our chipping and putting before the round and all for only $30. We also got to enjoy the comradery of our fellow golfers. 

Although the full round was rained out, there were skill points awarded for those participating in the Skills Challenge. Our webmaster Dave Aldred is keeping tabs on everyone's winnings, and we will have payouts at the end of each month.  The full point totals of those participating in the Skills Challenge on 6/2 are below.  

In another matter, we previously stopped taking new players into our league when we reached 30. However, as only about half of those who have signed up are actually playing, we are going to open up enrollment again as we would like to field at least four foursomes each week.  If you have a friend or neighbor who would like to join our group, please provide me with their name, phone number and e-mail and we'll add them to our roster and e-mail list.
